Jo is a Holistic Counsellor, Sexual Empowerment Coach and Integrative Holistic Wellness Practitioner operating in Adelaide on the land of the Kaurna people. She is deeply passionate about supporting her clients to find fulfilment and embodiment in a world that functions on hustle culture and detachment.
Jo’s work is informed, not only by formal training, but also by the lived experiences that shaped her understanding of areas such as trauma, stress, grief, abuse, intimacy, limiting beliefs, neurodivergence, connection, and self-love. Her journey into this field was inspired by a desire to empower others to embrace their authentic selves and experience true healing. From a young age, she was drawn to the healing arts and the transformative power of integrating mind, body, and spirit. Through her own experiences with traditional talk therapies, she found that whilst beneficial, they often focused on the mind alone and didn’t address how stress, emotions, trauma etc, manifest in the physical body and energy centres.
She believes every person deserves to feel confident, connected, and empowered in their mind, body, spirit and sexuality. This realization ignited Jo’s passion to undergo extensive training in various treatment modalities, allowing her to offer a holistic approach to healing
