Breathwork

Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy
Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy are transformative techniques designed to help you access the subconscious mind and release deeply ingrained patterns, limiting beliefs, and emotional blockages.
Using a state of deep relaxation Jo will guide you into a focused, receptive state where you can address challenges such as stress, anxiety, phobias, addictions or past trauma.
Timeline Therapy, on the other hand, helps you to identify and heal past emotional wounds by working with the subconscious to reframe and release negative experiences by floating backward and forward along your own personal timeline.

Ear Candling
This ancient therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment to help remove excess ear wax, reduce ear congestion, and promote better circulation.
Many clients also find relief from sinus pressure, headaches, and stress. During the session, a specially designed candle is carefully placed at the entrance of the ear canal.
The candle is lit, creating a gentle suction that draws impurities and excess wax from the ear. This calming process not only helps improve ear health but also encourages relaxation and balance.
